The Sky as Told, beneath the stars

Evening under the stars 〜 wonder

An evening at our site, located at an altitude of 430 meters in the first International Dark Sky Reserve, an exceptional place for stargazing. Sitting on the grassy meadow in summer or on the snow in winter, you will see the celestial bodies, stars, and the Milky Way in all their beauty. The observation is interspersed with lessons about the sky and the cosmos, presented from a perspective that blends science with the values of Indigenous peoples. You will discover, among other things, how to identify the northern constellations, those of the zodiac, the Milky Way, the planets, Polaris, and much more. Our guide, Benoit, has been an amateur astronomer since childhood; his enthusiasm is contagious and his presentation captivating. Tale of the Mountain Bears ~ captivating

An immersive experience in the form of an interactive trail through our forest paths, discovering native medicinal plants. Join Nita and Wakisa, our two heroes, as they reveal the virtues of the plants and the mysteries of the forest! This presentation is accompanied by a webpage with photos and information about each plant, accessible on your mobile phone. In winter, on rainy days, or if you prefer, the audio experience can also be enjoyed indoors by a cozy fire! A journey into a living world, narrated by Benoit, biologist and guide.

To purify oneself through heat

The Relaxation Area 〜 sweating

Sweating, an age-old tradition among Indigenous Peoples, has been recognized since time immemorial as an effective method of purification for both body and mind. In our passive solar greenhouse, we have installed an infrared sauna where the heating elements work by radiation, like the sun, but without emitting ultraviolet rays. In this type of sauna, most of the thermal radiation penetrates deep into the skin tissues for a highly beneficial effect. The 1 hour 15 minute session is private, meaning the greenhouse space is reserved exclusively for you. A wonderful moment to spend in our greenhouse among the plants, in any season!

Walking as naturally as breathing

The Nomad Walk ~ harmony

The Nomad Walk puts breath at the heart of movement. It's based on a breathing technique combined with different rhythms, depending on the terrain or the walker's goal. Easy, effective, and accessible to everyone, this walk, inspired by Afghan nomads, offers numerous physical and mental benefits thanks to deep, rhythmic breathing and a connection with nature. No equipment is needed; this walk, which involves synchronizing breath and step, is practiced outdoors, in all seasons, and at your own pace. Whether you're preparing for a trip, climbing mountains with confidence, or simply going to your village or work, rediscover harmony through walking. You'll be accompanied by Paula, an exceptional instructor, for an introduction to this surprising approach!
