*→ Discounts are always automatically calculated in the prices displayed according to the dates chosen (discounts are not cumulative and are based on the base price per night, which may vary at certain times of the year) -
➤ Arrival between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM (except Fridays until 9:00 PM).
➤ Departure is by 11:00 AM at the latest. -
➤ Contact us as soon as possible to let us know.
➤ After 8:00 PM (9:30 PM on Fridays), the reception is normally closed.
➤ In winter, we preheat thelodging before your arrival to ensure a warm and cozy atmosphere. If we haven't heard from you, we will turn off the heat at your scheduled arrival time.
➤ We will be waiting to give you the keys and welcome you.
➤ We charge a reasonable fee depending on the arrival time ($25 for 1 hour, $40 for 2 hours, etc.).
➤ Please plan your trip carefully and always allow extra time to give us a realistic arrival time. -
➤ As our site is a biodiversity refuge and a retreat space, we do not accept domestic animals.

The beauty and tranquility of our forest site are grounded in basic principles of eco-responsibility to protect wildlife and flora, minimize noise and fire risk, preserve wetlands, and foster harmonious coexistence in the spirit of the site. Thank you for being the guardians of these guidelines, inspired by Leave No Trace principles, which help preserve the biodiversity of the place in a sustainable and responsible way for future generations. This eco-responsible charter honors the land and all living things.

➤ They work but follow bad roads that are longer and even closed in winter!
➤ It is strongly recommended to follow our driving directions, specially made for you:
- from the West (Montreal/Sherbrooke)
- from the North (Quebec) -
Upon arrival, please leave your car in the parking lot and walk to the reception in the main building located on the garden level.
We will give you a warm welcome, provide you with the key to your lodging , and give you all the information you need for your stay.
Please see the lodgings or camping for specific details regarding access to each location. -
➤ You can relax in a hammock or on a bench near the stream, stroll along our trails, enjoy our relaxation space in the greenhouse with its infrared sauna (reservation required), admire the view of Lake Mégantic and the border mountains at the Ontara space, visit our permaculture garden or our solar greenhouse (ask Paule), or simply daydream while gazing at the starry sky. Don't miss an astronomy evening with Benoit, a seasoned enthusiast! (reservation required).

➤ We cut, split, and dry our own firewood in our SFC-certified forest, one of our eco-responsible practices.
➤ Yes, firewood is included and provided for your use. We ask that you use it responsibly.
➤ Do not bring your own firewood to prevent the spread of tree diseases and insects – in Canada, transporting firewood between regions is prohibited for this reason. -
➤ From May to October, the hot rainwater showers are operational

➤ Yes, but the terms for refund or postponement vary depending on the number of days before your arrival date.
➤ Please consult our general terms and conditions for our cancellation policy (they are also described at the bottom of your booking invoice). -
➤ Yes, we have a Level 2 charging station with a power output of 7.2 kW. The cost for charging is $8+tax for an 8-hour block.
➤ Simply check the option when booking your stay or ask at the front desk to reserve and activate it. First come, first served!
➤ Another 7.2 kW charging station is available in the village of Piopolis, located 1.5 km away.
