Our forest lodgings
Our lodgings are designed to offer a perfect balance between comfort and a connection to nature, achieved through a minimalist approach to amenities. Our tiny house, mini-chalets, and yurts are ideal for a nature retreat . Whether you wish to participate in activities or not, you will find tranquility day and night at Aux Cinq Sens, for a soothing and deeply restorative stay.
You'll find a variety of unique lodgings options, each offering increasing levels of comfort to suit your needs. First, there are our yurts, which are beautiful ready-to-camp accommodations. Then there's our mini-chalet, Le Chevreuil, which offers a few extra amenities, and our tiny house , Yarha and Yahndawa, which have their own solar power and are located near the stream. We also have the tiny house , Ehta, with full electricity and Wi-Fi access for remote work. Finally, there's our studio, La Retraite, for an overnight stay.

Our newest tiny house Yarha, which means "forest" in Wendat. An eco-friendly, all-wood lodging measuring 30' x 10', energy self-sufficient with solar panels, and located just steps from our beautiful stream. A spacious tiny house with a forest view, featuring a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a mezzanine bedroom, and a living room with a wood-burning stove. With its large deck nestled among the trees, it's the perfect place to recharge, reconnect with your partner or friends, and spend memorable time immersed in nature, rediscovering the tranquility of the forest!

Yahndawa 〜 stream
A self-sufficient tiny house , called Yahndawa, which means "river, stream, watercourse" in Wendat. This fully equipped 25' x 8' (feet) lodging is energy self-sufficient with solar panels. Located in the forest in the beautiful creek area, it features a complete kitchen with a refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed, and a wood-burning stove in the living area. From the covered deck, you can see the creek, observe the wildlife that is attracted to it, and listen to all the sounds of the forest. An exceptional place to unwind, clear your mind, and experience true communion with nature!

Our tiny house , named Ehta (meaning "field, expanse, culture" in Wendat), is a 30' x 7' building with electricity, nestled at the edge of the woods and decorated with traditional artifacts from Quebec's First Nations—our mini-museum! Treat yourself to this charming retreat to unwind and reconnect with nature. This lodging includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a lodging room with a wood-burning stove, and a comfortable sleeping area on the mezzanine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, making it a popular choice for remote work. Located on the edge of the field, it offers a stunning view of the starry sky, allowing you to admire the planets and moon moving across the clear skies of our region to the east and south!

The Deer 〜 Peaceful
A wonderful little haven of peace for 1 to 2 people, without electricity or running water, nestled in the heart of a mixed forest bordered by a stream. This all-wood cabin, measuring 18' x 12', has everything you need for a back-to-basics stay surrounded by nature. Located in the stream area, this mini-cabin in the forest is an exceptionally well-preserved area. A lodging particularly appreciated by outdoor and nature enthusiasts. A place to reconnect with the essentials and find yourself alone or as a couple for an experience where you can truly understand the adage "less is more"!

Cozy and traditional yurts
Four yurts 〜 authentic
A traditional Central Asian tent still used today in Mongolia, the yurt is called a ger , which means "house" in Mongolian. Originating around 2,000 years ago, it is very well designed with its central fire pit, allowing for year-round living. Our yurts, without electricity or running water, are perfect ready-to-camp accommodations: furnished, insulated, with a slow-combustion stove, kitchenette, and ambient LED lighting. It's a peaceful place, perfect for settling in and reconnecting with nature, a practice that nourishes both body and soul. These were the original lodgings on the site, named after the five senses: Smell, Taste, Touch, Hear, and See. The last yurt is now a platform for observing and connecting with nature, available to everyone. Each yurt invites you to explore the sense it represents through various objects provided (description on the booking).

Studio La Retraite 〜 passing through
A lodging for a peaceful and comfortable overnight stay in a rural setting. A tranquil haven overlooking the garden, the solar greenhouse, and the tipi. A place to relax with access to the trails, stream, and site facilities. This authentic and welcoming room, for one or two people, features a queen bed, rocking chair, small work table, and a fully equipped adjoining kitchen with direct access. The bathroom with shower is private between 8 pm and 8 am but shared with other guests during the day.
