Solo retreat

Alone with nature

Person in front of a window of the Ontara eco-chalet overlooking a winter landscape, suggesting introspection and contemplation.

Our preserved natural site breathes the ancestral Indigenous values of respect, connection with the living, and authenticity. When a natural place is maintained and protected with these values for over a decade, life fully takes its place, and a sense of the sacred settles in and emanates from every plant, tree, stone, and moss.

It’s the ideal place for a solo retreat, knowing that caring hosts are present on the site and act as its guardians.

As days go by, in the silence of Nature and in constant contact with its fabric of life, something reweaves itself within, warms the heart and realigns us. It is the gift of being alive, when we can finally feel it for real, deep within ourselves.
